relaxation • awareness • music • live sound
Ninety minutes in which nobody needs anything from you.
Imagine having ninety minutes simply to settle, listen, and enjoy being where you are.
No demands. No performance. No need to clear your mind, or feel any particular way.
Resolution is a new eight-week series of guided relaxation experiences combining mindfulness, carefully chosen music, beautiful live sound, and gentle opportunities to discover more about yourself.
Each week offers something a little different. Sometimes we will explore the sensations we barely notice, the thoughts that capture our attention, or the things that help us feel more comfortable and capable. Sometimes we will simply enjoy the pleasure of being still, listening, and allowing ourselves a little space.
You’ll be warmly welcomed into a comfortable setting, with soft mats, blankets and seating options. Everything is guided, and you’re always free to move, adjust your position, or participate in the way that suits you.
The sessions draw on mindfulness, therapeutic hypnosis, and solution-focused practice. There’s no special state you have to achieve, and no experience is necessary.
There is nothing to get right. Just the possibility of noticing something different.
Coming to the Rugby area in early 2027.
Eight weekly sessions of ninety minutes, with places limited to twenty participants.
The series will also include a take-home card each week and a guided recording to enjoy between sessions and afterwards.
We are finalising the venue and dates now.

eight gentle steps towards greater calm, awareness, and a kinder relationship with yourself
Each ninety-minute session offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle comfortably, and explore a different aspect of mindfulness through guided hypnosis, relaxation, music, and sound.
-
present-moment awareness
Life can become so busy that we barely notice the moments passing. Our first session is an invitation to slow down, settle into the present, and discover what happens when we give ourselves permission simply to be. There’s nothing to achieve, nowhere else to be, and no need to do anything perfectly.
-
awareness of sensations
Our bodies are constantly communicating with us, but we don’t always have the time to listen. This week, we gently explore physical sensations with curiosity rather than judgement, discovering how to notice what is happening without immediately needing to change it.
-
noticing thoughts and emotions
Our minds are wonderful storytellers, sometimes creating worries about things that haven’t happened, or replaying things that have. This session explores how we can notice thoughts and feelings without becoming caught up in them, creating a little more space for perspective, choice, and calm.
-
the practice of self-hypnosis
What if you could become more confident in finding a sense of calm whenever you need it? This week introduces simple self-hypnosis techniques, helping you to develop a personal way to pause, settle, and reconnect with your own resources. Something to take away and make your own.
-
compassion for ourselves and others
We can be remarkably understanding towards other people while expecting rather more of ourselves. This session invites us to explore compassion, self-acceptance, and the possibility of treating ourselves with the same patience and kindness we might naturally offer someone we care about.
-
connecting with your values
In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to lose sight of what matters most to us. This week offers space to reconnect with our values, recognise what gives life meaning, and gently consider how even small choices can help us live more in keeping with the people we want to be.
-
mindfulness in everyday life
Mindfulness isn’t something that belongs only in a quiet room. This session brings together the skills we have explored, discovering how moments of awareness, calm, and self-compassion can become part of ordinary life - at home, at work, and in our relationships.
-
creating your own continuing practice
Our final session is an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve discovered and what you’d like to carry forward. We’ll explore simple, realistic ways to continue your own mindful practice, with a longer, deeply relaxing experience to bring our eight weeks together.
-
You don’t need any previous experience of mindfulness, meditation, or hypnosis. Just come as you are. We’ll provide the space, the guidance, and the invitation to explore.
