Corporate wellbeing training

Brain-based workplace wellbeing - calm minds, stronger teams

Modern workplaces demand focus, resilience, and balance - yet chronic stress, disrupted sleep, and hormonal changes can quietly erode wellbeing and performance. The Coleby Practice offers corporate training designed to strengthen mental health and resilience through neuroscience-informed, solution-focused approaches.

These sessions are not therapy-at-work - they are calm, practical workshops that teach participants how our brains respond to stress and how to regulate those responses effectively. When teams understand what’s happening in the brain, change becomes possible. Each session combines clear explanation, guided techniques, and take-away tools that improve focus, communication, and wellbeing at every level of the organisation.

Training themes

Stress and resilience

Understand the brain’s stress response and learn practical ways to stay calm under pressure. This interactive session helps staff identify early signs of overwhelm, regulate emotions, and sustain focus in challenging environments.

Sleep for shiftworkers

Tailored for logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing settings, this session explores how sleep, light, and timing affect performance and safety. Participants learn practical techniques for better rest and alertness - supporting staff wellbeing and the employer’s duty of care.

Menopause in the workplace

Open, informed sessions that normalise menopause as a workplace wellbeing issue. Separate modules for women and for managers & male colleagues help teams understand hormonal changes and foster empathy and support.

Performance and focus

Designed for teams and leaders under pressure, this workshop explores how focus, motivation, and communication are influenced by brain chemistry - and how to build clarity, confidence, and creativity at work.

Format & delivery

All sessions are designed to fit busy schedules - typically 1.5 to 2 hours - and are delivered in person or online. Content is tailored to your workforce, with space for discussion and practical application. Sessions can be booked as standalone events, or as part of a Wellbeing Series, supporting your organisation’s ongoing culture of care and performance improvement.
